Pastor Enoch Adeboye Declares Global Prayer Session for Singles and Expectant Families

RCCG’s Pastor Enoch Adeboye invites singles, waiting mothers, and families worldwide to join a global prayer service in November 2025 for marital and fruitfulness breakthroughs.

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has announced a special worldwide prayer session focused on singles, waiting mothers, and families trusting God for breakthroughs in marriage and fruitfulness.

According to Pastor Oladele Balogun, the Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Administration, the initiative came through divine inspiration and aims to address the growing concerns among unmarried adults and expectant families across the globe.

Focus on a “Waiting Generation”

Pastor Adeboye noted that a significant percentage of adults—both within Nigeria and beyond—remain unmarried, describing them as a “vibrant but waiting generation” seeking divine intervention for marital settlement and family fruitfulness.

Citing recent data, he explained that over 40% of Nigeria’s adult population now consists of singles and mature singles, highlighting the importance of spiritual attention to this group.

Encouragement for Expectant Mothers

The respected cleric also offered encouragement to couples and mothers believing God for the fruit of the womb. He acknowledged that the journey toward conception can be both spiritually demanding and emotionally challenging, emphasizing the need for steadfast faith and prayer.

“Many continue to trust God for children, and this prayer session is a reminder that no case is too difficult for the Almighty,” Adeboye said.

A Global Invitation to Pray

The special prayer service will take place during RCCG’s November 2025 Thanksgiving Service at The Throne of Grace, the church’s National Headquarters in Ebute-Metta, Lagos.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, November 2, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m.

Pastor Adeboye encouraged those living near Lagos to attend physically, while inviting members across more than 190 nations to participate virtually for what he described as “a life-changing encounter with God.”
