Regina Daniels’ Brother Launches Petition Against Ned Nwoko, Gains 18,000 Signatures in 24 Hours

Tension continues to grow in the ongoing dispute between Nollywood star Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, as her elder brother Sweezzy has filed an online petition against the billionaire politician.

The petition, which accuses Nwoko of abuse of power and intimidation, has quickly gone viral — gathering over 18,000 verified signatures within just 24 hours of its launch.

Petition Targets Ned Nwoko’s Legal Standing in the UK

In his appeal, Sweezzy urged Nigerians and international supporters to sign, noting that since Ned Nwoko is registered as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, he could face investigation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in the United Kingdom, regardless of his current residence in Nigeria.

Taking to Instagram, Sweezzy wrote:

“Matters like domestic abuse, harassment, and abuse of power are treated seriously in the UK. Run it up by signing the petition.”

The move comes amid public attention surrounding the alleged arrest of Regina’s other brother, Sammy West, who has been openly defending his sister during the family dispute.

Online Reactions

The petition has sparked a massive wave of support across social media, with many users praising Sweezzy’s courage and calling for justice and accountability.
Comments on various platforms reflect growing concern over the alleged misuse of power and the need for greater protection against domestic and institutional abuse.
