Nigerian singer Timi Dakolo, has shared a quote highlighting the tendency for people to wait until a person d!es to appreciate them. 

“People have so many nice things to say about you, sadly you have to d!e first,” he wrote in an Instagram post on Wednesday as the Nigerian entertainment industry mourns actor Alex Ekubo.

The actor passed away on Monday after battle with liver cancer.
