Andrew Tate has been accused by a woman of pressuring her into performing sexual acts she had not consented to while working at a webcam business in Romania, according to court documents cited by TMZ.
The allegations were contained in newly filed documents linked to extradition proceedings involving Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan Tate, in the United Kingdom. The brothers have denied allegations of wrongdoing.
The woman reportedly told investigators that Andrew Tate convinced her to relocate to Romania in 2017 after assuring her that participating in webcam work would be voluntary.
However, she alleged that after arriving in Romania, she was required to work for as many as 12 hours a day while Andrew and Tristan Tate, along with other individuals, allegedly managed online interactions and received payments for sexual acts she had not agreed to perform.
According to the court filing, the woman had previously made clear that she would not participate in certain activities. She alleged that those limits were disregarded and that she was subsequently pressured to use sexual devices and carry out other acts against her wishes.
She described her experience as “sexual slavery” in the filing.
Another woman made separate allegations against Tristan Tate, claiming that he repeatedly choked her during sexual encounters until she lost consciousness.
She further alleged that he carried out additional non-consensual acts while she was unconscious. The woman also claimed that Tristan Tate once told her that the more he liked someone, the more he wanted to hurt them.
The allegations form part of the wider legal proceedings surrounding the Tate brothers, who are facing extradition-related proceedings in the UK over allegations connected to their activities in Romania.
Responding to TMZ, the brothers’ lawyer, Joe McBride, strongly rejected the allegations and accused British authorities of pursuing a politically motivated case against the two men.
McBride described the proceedings as a “political kidnapping” and maintained that Andrew and Tristan Tate did not need to coerce women into sexual activity.
The allegations against the brothers remain disputed, and no finding of liability or guilt has been established in relation to the claims outlined in the court documents.
The extradition proceedings involving Andrew and Tristan Tate are continuing.
