Nigerian singer T Classic has sparked conversations online after recounting how he allegedly discovered that his former partner was cheating on him through applications he never suspected, including Gmail, YouTube and the Notes app on her iPhone.
The singer shared the experience in a video circulating on social media, explaining that he did not discover the alleged infidelity through the platforms commonly associated with online flirting and private conversations.
According to T Classic, he did not find the evidence he was looking for on Snapchat, WhatsApp, Facebook or TikTok. Instead, he claimed that the discovery came through other applications.
“I didn’t catch her cheating on Snapchat. I didn’t catch her sending Nudes on WhatsApp. I didn’t catch her chatting and cheating on Facebook. I didn’t catch her cheating on TikTok,” he said.
The singer said Gmail and YouTube were among the applications through which he discovered what he described as his partner’s unfaithfulness.
However, he appeared particularly surprised by his claim that intimate pictures had been shared through the Notes app on her iPhone, an application typically used for writing notes, saving information and creating lists.
“She was sending Nudes through iPhone Notes,” he said.
Reflecting on the experience, T Classic advised people to pay attention to how digital platforms are used in relationships, arguing that private interactions can take place outside conventional social media messaging apps.
“Brothers and sisters, check your partner’s Gmail,” he said.
His comments have drawn attention to the different ways people communicate and share information through smartphones. Gmail can be used to exchange messages and attachments, while YouTube supports private or unlisted content-sharing options. Apple’s Notes app also allows users to share notes with other people, depending on their settings.
However, the singer’s account remains his personal allegation about a former relationship. The details have not been independently verified, and his remarks do not establish that the applications themselves were responsible for the alleged infidelity.
The story has also raised questions about privacy and trust in relationships. While digital activity may sometimes reveal dishonesty, secretly accessing another person’s email or phone without permission can violate privacy and damage trust.
T Classic’s account has nevertheless prompted renewed discussion about how technology has changed communication and the ways people navigate boundaries in modern relationships.
