Andrew, Tristan Tate Arrested in Miami Over UK Sex Crime Allegations

Social media influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami by US Marshals following an extradition request from the United Kingdom.

According to UK authorities, the brothers are wanted over alleged sexual offences involving seven victims between 2010 and 2017.

The UK Crown Prosecution Service said Andrew Tate faces 42 charges, including rape, human trafficking, assault and child abuse-related offences. Tristan Tate faces 17 charges, including rape, sexual assault and trafficking.

The US Department of Justice confirmed that the arrests were carried out as part of extradition proceedings.

The brothers, who hold dual British and American citizenship, are expected to appear in a federal court in Miami next week.

Their lawyer, Joseph McBride, insisted they are innocent and argued that ongoing legal proceedings in Romania should take precedence over the UK’s extradition request.

The Tate brothers have repeatedly denied all allegations against them in both the UK and Romania.
