The spokesperson of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority NCAA, Michael Achimugu, says the agency will push for the prosecution and blacklisting of social media influencers, Very Dark Man VDM and Mr Jollof, over their f!ght inside an aircraft at the Asaba International Airport on Monday, November 17.

Achimugu while responding to some X users who mentioned that Nigerian women are watching what will be done to both men. Some women have argued that while Comfort Emmanson, a Nigerian woman who had a faceoff with air hostesses, was deboarded, stripped n@ked, arraigned and even sent to prison, VDM and Mr Jollof were released on bail following the incident.

In a post shared on X, Achimugu said the onus lies on the airline itself to file charges against both men. He pointed out that if the airline fails to take such step, it doesn’t stop the NCAA from writing the AGF and IGP to prosecute them and also get them blacklisted.
