Tinubu Visits Plateau Victims, Vows Attack “Will Not Happen Again”

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured victims of the recent killings in Plateau State that his administration will take steps to prevent a recurrence of such attacks.

The President gave the assurance while addressing families affected by the violence in Jos, expressing sympathy over the loss of lives and the impact on communities.

Tinubu acknowledged the pain of the victims and stated that no amount of financial support can replace the lives lost, but pledged that the government will strengthen efforts to improve security.

He told community leaders that their concerns have been noted, adding that the Federal Government is committed to ensuring better protection for residents.

During his visit, the President also highlighted logistical challenges, noting that he had limited time due to flight constraints.

The President’s visit is part of ongoing efforts by the Federal Government to engage affected communities and restore confidence following the attack.
