Trump Calls Nicki Minaj “So Hot” While Introducing Her at White House Luncheon

United States President Donald Trump drew attention when he described Trinidadian-born rapper Nicki Minaj as “so hot” while introducing her at a White House luncheon held on Monday.

The remark came during the event in the Rose Garden, where Minaj was among the invited guests. Trump used the occasion to praise the musician’s talent and her public support for him, referring to her as a respected figure guided by common sense rather than strict ideology.

“We also have a woman who is respected and quite attractive. She is a wonderful friend of mine. I wouldn’t say conservative; I’d say common sense,” Trump said before naming her. “She’s a fantastic person, a woman who is appreciated by everyone, and she possesses genuine talent. We have Nicki Minaj. She’s such a great person and respected by everybody.”

Minaj later shared photographs from the luncheon on her X account, expressing excitement with the caption: “Whoa!!!! #WhiteHouse Barbie with her all-time favorite President!!!”

The rapper has been vocal in her support for Trump in recent times. In January, she highlighted the president’s immigration “gold card” initiative, a programme designed to fast-track visas and residency for certain individuals.

She had earlier appeared alongside Trump at the Trump Accounts Summit in Washington, where she described herself as “probably the president’s number one fan.” Minaj stated that criticism only strengthened her resolve to back him. “I am unaffected by hatred or what others say. It actually motivates me to support him more,” she remarked at the time.

The interaction between the president and the global music star underscores the growing overlap between entertainment figures and political circles in the United States. Minaj’s attendance and Trump’s complimentary introduction have sparked discussions online, reflecting the musician’s continued influence across cultural and political conversations.
