Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly married his long-time fiancée, Georgina Rodríguez, in an intimate ceremony in Portugal.
The development was disclosed on Ronaldo’s Instagram account on Tuesday, after the 41-year-old shared a photograph showing two hands wearing gold wedding rings.
Ronaldo and Rodríguez have been together for several years and announced their engagement last year. Rodríguez, 32, shared a picture of her engagement ring at the time with a message that translated to: “Yes, I do. In this and in all my lives.”
The couple reportedly celebrated their wedding in a private ceremony in Portugal, although details surrounding the event remain limited.
Ronaldo and Rodríguez have five children together: twins Eva Maria and Mateo, Alana, Bella and Cristiano Jr, Ronaldo’s son from a previous relationship.
