Nigerian singer Shallipopi has joined the growing list of artists publicly accusing music executive Dapper Music of withholding funds allegedly owed to them.
The singer made the allegations in a series of posts on X while reacting to the controversy surrounding the music executive and several artists previously associated with him.
In one of the posts, Shallipopi claimed that more than $1 million belonging to him remains in Dapper’s possession.
“My money wey dey your hand pass $1m and u know,” he wrote.
Shallipopi also accused Dapper of being a “master manipulator”, claiming that he had previously warned the music executive about how the situation could eventually unfold.
The singer continued with further allegations against Dapper, accusing him of manipulating artists and questioning his dealings with musicians.
In another post, Shallipopi concluded by calling Dapper “the real yahoo boy.”
The latest allegations add to a growing public dispute involving Dapper Music, with other Nigerian artists also making claims about unpaid funds and financial disagreements.
