Temitope Osoba’s Fiancé Makes Fresh Claim About Actress’ Death, Says She Died at Police Station

The fiancé of late Nollywood actress Temitope Osoba, Prophet Itunu Onadeko, has made fresh claims surrounding her death, alleging that the actress died at a police station in Ikorodu, Lagos State.

Onadeko made the claim during an interview while addressing reports and speculation that followed the actress’ death at the age of 40.

According to him, Osoba’s previous battle with breast cancer was not responsible for her death.

The actress had publicly documented her battle with breast cancer and previously underwent treatment for the disease. However, Onadeko insisted that her death was unrelated to the illness.

He said he received a telephone call around midnight from an unidentified person who informed him that Osoba had died at a police station in the Ikorodu area.

Onadeko, however, said he did not know the specific police station where she allegedly died or provide further details about the circumstances that led to her being there.

He also addressed several claims circulating following Osoba’s death, including allegations that she had been poisoned or maltreated.

According to him, those claims were untrue.

Onadeko further denied allegations that money donated by members of the public to support the actress during her cancer treatment had been diverted.

He also rejected claims that Osoba had been prevented from driving before her death, saying she drove herself to Iperu shortly before the incident.

The prophet similarly dismissed allegations of physical mistreatment, including claims that faeces or urine had been poured on the actress as punishment.

Osoba had previously spoken publicly about her breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, using her experience to raise awareness about the disease.

Her death has since generated widespread reactions within Nollywood and among fans, with colleagues paying tribute to the actress.

Onadeko’s latest account has now raised further questions about the circumstances surrounding her death.
