Nollywood actress and reality TV star Caroline Danjuma has stirred reactions on social media after accusing a woman she once publicly defended of secretly having an affair with her former partner.
The actress made the allegations in a series of emotional posts shared on her Snapchat, claiming she only later discovered that the woman had been involved with the man she was dating at the time.
According to Caroline, she had defended the unnamed woman on national television, believing she was a genuine friend, only to find out that she was allegedly having a relationship with her boyfriend behind her back.
“Funny how I pretend I am stupid, but I know the girl I defended on national TV was sleeping with my man while I was with him, now my ex. She was in clubs with her American friends twerking on him. I act like I don’t see it, but I see it all,” she wrote.
Although Caroline did not reveal the identity of the woman, she accused her of portraying herself as supportive and kind while allegedly pursuing men who were already in relationships.
The Real Housewives of Lagos star further claimed the unnamed woman carefully maintained a positive public image despite allegedly betraying people close to her.
“You pretend to love and support people, but you sleep with your friend’s man. Yet you act like a good person. I will never defend you again,” she added.
Her posts have since sparked widespread speculation online, with many social media users trying to identify the woman she was referring to, while others advised the actress to move on from the situation.
