Mo Bimpe Threatens Legal Action Over Paternity Fraud Claim Involving Her Children

Nollywood actress Adebimpe Oyebade, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, has threatened legal action after a social media post alleged that she engaged in paternity fraud involving her children.

The allegation surfaced on X, where a user identified as @iam_Mardiyyah claimed that Mo Bimpe’s husband, actor Lateef Adedimeji, had allegedly filed for divorce after a failed blood donation at a general hospital in Ilorin reportedly raised questions about the children’s paternity.

However, the claim has not been substantiated, and there is no public evidence that Lateef Adedimeji filed for divorce or that the alleged incident occurred.

Reacting via her Instagram Story, Mo Bimpe dismissed the allegation as false and warned those spreading the claims to stay away from her family, especially her children.

“I don’t want to hear ‘justice for’ whatever your stupid name is by the time I am ready for you! You silly trolls have constantly trolled me on these platforms for years and I’ve been quiet, but what I wouldn’t take is you bringing your stupidity to my children! Be warned! I won’t hesitate to take the right action if need be,” she wrote.

The actress also accused those behind the posts of using AI-generated or fake images alongside fabricated claims to spread misinformation.

“It’s the nerve to post fake/AI pictures together with fabricated lies for me! Such effrontery!” she added.

Mo Bimpe and Lateef Adedimeji welcomed triplets earlier this year after several years of marriage. The actress recently celebrated the babies turning three months old, sharing the milestone with fans on July 22.
