Peller Reveals EFCC Invited Him After Someone Reported Money Sprayed at His Wedding

Content creator Peller has revealed that he was invited by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, after someone allegedly reported him over money sprayed during his wedding to TikToker Jarvis.

Peller disclosed this in a video shared online while reacting to a comment about people who allegedly take pleasure in reporting wealthy individuals to authorities.

According to the content creator, an individual reportedly tagged the EFCC during his wedding and called for an investigation after guests threw money on the floor during the celebration.

“That time I did wedding, that was how one idiot tagged EFCC that they should investigate me that people threw money on the floor during the event,” Peller said.

He said the EFCC subsequently invited him for questioning over the incident, adding that he honoured the invitation.

Peller explained that what helped his situation was that EFCC officials had reportedly noticed him repeatedly cautioning guests against throwing money on the ground during the wedding.

“If not that EFCC people are wise, they are good people, and they also have sense. They called, and sent me invite and I went,” he said.

“They said what saved me was because they saw the way I was cautioning everybody not to throw money on the ground.”

Peller expressed appreciation for the manner in which the EFCC officials handled the matter, describing them as reasonable and sensible.

He also questioned why some people would allegedly go out of their way to report others instead of concentrating on improving their own lives.

The content creator urged people to focus on making their own money rather than attempting to bring down those who are enjoying the proceeds of their work.
