Nollywood actress and evangelist Tonto Dikeh has announced the launch of a new Christian fellowship, New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT), in Abuja.
Dikeh unveiled the fellowship through a post on Instagram, describing it as an interdenominational gathering established to bring believers together for prayer, revival and spiritual development.
According to the actress, NWPT is an “interdenominational altar, spiritual home, and global movement of consecrated believers.”
She said the fellowship was created for people seeking a deeper Christian experience centred on prayer and what the ministry describes as the “raw power, purity, and presence of God.”
The fellowship draws its foundation from Mark 2:22, the biblical passage concerning new wine and old wineskins.
According to information released by NWPT, its vision is to encourage a global awakening of consecrated believers who operate in God’s presence and contribute to the transformation of nations.
The fellowship said its mission includes establishing an interdenominational altar for prayer and revival, providing apostolic training, equipping believers and helping members develop their spiritual gifts.
It also listed soul winning, deliverance and healing among areas central to its activities.
NWPT identified four core values under the acronym FIRE, representing Flame of Intercession, Intimacy and Consecration, Revival and Soul Winning, and Empowerment through Deliverance and Healing.
Despite its structure and religious activities, the organisation stressed that it should not be regarded as a conventional church.
Rather, NWPT described itself as an “intense gathering” for people committed to pursuing what it considers the purposes of God.
Its introductory message also encouraged participants to remain committed to prayer, connect with other members of the fellowship and develop their personal spiritual lives.
The fellowship is scheduled to meet every Friday at 6 p.m. in Jabi, Abuja.
The development marks another step in Dikeh’s growing involvement in Christian ministry alongside the entertainment career that brought her to prominence.
Dikeh has increasingly spoken publicly about her Christian faith and religious journey in recent years.
With the establishment of New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle, the actress is now expanding that involvement through a structured fellowship focused on prayer, revival and spiritual development.
