The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has released its full list of governorship and deputy governorship candidates for the 2027 general elections.
The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, announced the release in a statement shared on his verified X account on Friday.
According to Abdullahi, the ADC has selected governorship candidates in 28 states where governorship elections will be held in 2027.
“The African Democratic Congress, ADC, presents our Governorship and Deputy Governorship candidates across 28 states for the 2027 elections.
“These men and women will carry the ADC banner and our commitment to offer Nigerians credible leadership and a real alternative.”
The party said the candidates would represent its commitment to good governance, accountability and people-centred leadership across the states.
The ADC expressed confidence that its candidates would advance the party’s political agenda and provide voters with an alternative ahead of the 2027 elections.
The publication of the candidates comes as political parties intensify preparations for the 2027 general elections, with the ADC positioning itself as a major opposition platform ahead of the polls.
