Phyna Accuses VeryDarkMan Of Damaging Her Reputation Over Late Sister’s Case

Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has accused social media activist VeryDarkMan of allegedly damaging her reputation during the controversy surrounding her late sister’s case.

In a viral video circulating online, the reality star expressed disappointment over statements allegedly made by VeryDarkMan during the period.

According to Phyna, she was deeply hurt after the activist allegedly claimed she demanded ₦1 billion from businessman Aliko Dangote during efforts related to her sister’s situation.

“VDM came out and started saying opposite of what happened. I can never forgive him. I no fit. Because of my sister’s case, he turned me into a bad person. I can never forgive him. Never,” she said.

Phyna stated that she previously respected VeryDarkMan and was shocked by what she described as a sudden change in attitude toward her.

“He is someone I held in high esteem, and he switched up on me. When I came online and started seeing that he said I requested for ₦1 billion during my late sister’s case, I was shocked because the conversation never happened,” she added.

The reality star also alleged that the fallout between them began after she reportedly rejected advances from the activist.

“Maybe because he said he wanted to sleep with me and I didn’t accept, that was why he started holding grudges against me,” she claimed.

Phyna also reportedly shared alleged screenshots online to support her claims.

The controversy has generated mixed reactions across social media, with users divided over the allegations and the authenticity of the screenshots being circulated.

The issue is linked to the death of Phyna’s younger sister, Ruth Otabor, who reportedly died following injuries sustained in a road accident near Auchi Polytechnic last year.

VeryDarkMan had earlier intervened publicly during the situation before later criticising Phyna and accusing her of selfishness and making financial demands from the Dangote Group.

As of the time of reporting, VeryDarkMan had not publicly responded to Phyna’s latest allegations.
