Man Claims Woman Brought From Ibadan to Lagos Stole 10-Gram Gold Necklace, Says She Sold It for ₦120,000

A man has generated widespread reactions on social media after claiming that a woman he invited from Ibadan to Lagos stole his 10-gram gold necklace following their meeting.

According to the man’s account, he had paid the woman for her services before discovering that his gold necklace was missing. He alleged that she left Lagos with the jewellery without his knowledge.

The man further claimed that he later tracked the woman to Ibadan, where she allegedly admitted to taking the necklace.

He also alleged that the woman confessed to selling the gold necklace for ₦120,000 before he located her.

The incident has since attracted mixed reactions online, with many social media users debating the circumstances surrounding the alleged theft and the decision to pursue the woman across states.
