Popular TikTok personality Oladimeji Hammed, widely known online as “Immunizer,” has been remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre in Lagos following his arraignment over allegations of cyberbullying and defamation involving Omowunmi Cynthia Aloba, the widow of late singer Mohbad.
The social media commentator was brought before the Samuel Ilori Magistrate Court sitting in Ogba, Lagos, after his arrest on Monday.
According to court proceedings, Hammed is facing multiple allegations relating to social media publications that prosecutors claim ridiculed, maligned and exposed Mohbad’s widow to public hatred, hostility and contempt.
Court Grants Bail But Orders Remand
Although the court granted the defendant bail, he was ordered to remain in custody until he satisfies all conditions attached to his release.
The presiding magistrate directed that Hammed must provide two sureties before he can regain his freedom.
According to the bail conditions, each surety must show evidence of maintaining a bank account with a minimum balance of ₦700,000.
The court further ruled that one of the sureties must be a serving state civil servant, while the second must be a blood relative of the defendant.
Both sureties are also required to present evidence of current tax payments.
Until those conditions are fulfilled, Hammed will remain at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre.
Allegations Against The TikToker
The prosecution alleged that between February and March 2026, Hammed used various social media platforms to make a series of publications concerning Omowunmi Aloba.
According to prosecutors, the posts were capable of damaging her reputation and exposing her to public hostility.
One of the allegations states that on February 8, 2026, the defendant allegedly published claims suggesting that Mohbad’s widow intended to leave Nigeria before justice was achieved in relation to the circumstances surrounding the singer’s death.
The prosecution further alleged that on February 11, 2026, he made another publication claiming that she failed to deny allegations of infidelity during court proceedings.
Alleged Leak Of Private Images
Court documents also alleged that Hammed made social media posts on February 19 relating to the purported leak of private images belonging to the complainant.
Prosecutors claimed that he continued making additional remarks about Omowunmi Aloba on social media in March.
According to the prosecution, one of the alleged posts was made on March 14, 2026.
Authorities argued that the cumulative effect of the publications subjected the complainant to ridicule, harassment and public hostility.
Alleged Public Attack
The prosecution further claimed that the online publications contributed to a hostile atmosphere that allegedly resulted in an incident involving Omowunmi Aloba on March 15, 2026.
According to prosecutors, the complainant was allegedly attacked by members of the public following the widespread circulation of the claims made against her online.
The allegations form part of the case currently before the court.
Case Continues
The matter has been adjourned for further hearing as legal proceedings continue.
At this stage, the allegations against Hammed remain before the court and have not yet been determined by the trial court.
The case adds another chapter to the ongoing controversies and public debates surrounding the death of Mohbad, whose passing continues to generate intense discussions across social media and within the entertainment industry.
