Woman Says She Spent £75,000 On Cosmetic Surgery To Become A ‘Living Fantasy’

A Florida-based social media personality, Anakaliyah Mooi, has revealed that she has spent more than £75,000 on cosmetic surgery and body modification procedures in pursuit of what she describes as becoming a “walking, living fantasy.”

The 29-year-old said her transformation began immediately after turning 18, when she underwent her first breast augmentation, a decision she had planned for years.

“I told myself that as soon as I turned 18, I was getting a boob job. That was the very first thing I did,” she said.

Over the years, Anakaliyah has undergone numerous cosmetic procedures, including four breast augmentations, rhinoplasty, veneers, butt fillers, rib removal and a controversial waist-contouring procedure aimed at achieving a dramatic hourglass figure.

Despite her extensive surgeries, she said she was never unhappy with her natural appearance but viewed cosmetic enhancements as a form of self-expression.

“I’ve spent a little over £75,000 on plastic surgery and I’m not done. People say I look like an airbag because of my boobs, but I actually like looking exaggerated. I’ve always loved myself, I just believe there’s always room for improvement,” she said.

According to Anakaliyah, cartoon characters Jessica Rabbit and Betty Boop inspired her desired look.

“I want to be a walking, living fantasy. I consider my body a work of art. To me, it’s a true expression of beauty,” she added.

Standing at just under 5ft 4in, Anakaliyah has increased her bust size from an A-cup to a 34H through four breast enhancement procedures. Her latest surgery involved expandable implants, which can be enlarged over time. She said the implants measure 2,070cc, weigh around eight pounds, and cost approximately £9,100.

Her current body measurements are a 23-inch waist, 41-inch hips, and a 34H bust, although she said she hopes to reduce her waist to 22 inches.

One of her most controversial procedures involved travelling to Peru in September 2025 for a waist-contouring technique known as RibXcar. The procedure partially fractures selected ribs before patients wear a corset during recovery to gradually reshape the waist rather than removing additional ribs.

She later underwent another procedure known as FrontXrib to correct a rib flare but admitted the recovery has been significantly more difficult.

“I still can’t twist properly, and if I stretch I still feel pain,” she said.

Beyond cosmetic surgery, Anakaliyah has also undergone body modification procedures, including having a silicone implant placed beneath the skin of her thumb.

She said she funds most of her procedures through her work as an OnlyFans creator and has sacrificed luxury spending to prioritise surgery.

“I don’t really live a luxurious lifestyle. I save almost everything for surgery. My priorities right now are paying off my house and my plastic surgery,” she said.

While her appearance has attracted criticism online, including comparisons of her breasts to airbags, Anakaliyah said she is unfazed by the comments and believes people should be free to express themselves without judgment.

She also revealed that she has no plans to stop undergoing cosmetic procedures.

“Will I ever stop getting plastic surgery? That’s a good question. I can honestly tell you probably not. Eventually ageing is going to happen, and there will probably be plastic surgery to fix those problems. So no, I don’t think I’ll ever stop having plastic surgery,” she said.

Medical experts have previously cautioned that extensive cosmetic and body-contouring procedures carry risks, and the long-term safety of some newer rib-contouring techniques remains under ongoing medical evaluation.
