Thai Authorities Reveal Igho ‘Tiny’ Ubiribo Had Five Penis Enlargement Procedures Before His Death

Nigerian-British businessman and social media influencer, Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, had undergone five penis enlargement procedures at a clinic in Bangkok before his death in March 2026, Thai health authorities have disclosed.

The revelation was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday, September 8, by Thailand’s Department of Health Service Support (DHSS), under the Ministry of Public Health, following an investigation into the clinic where Ubiribo received his final procedure.

Ubiribo, 43, died after undergoing a penile filler injection while holidaying in Thailand with his wife.

According to the DHSS, the Bangkok clinic told investigators that Ubiribo had been receiving treatments there since 2024 and had undergone five separate injections aimed at enlarging his penis during that period.

The first four procedures were reportedly performed between 2024 and 2025, while the fifth took place on March 5, 2026 — one day before his death.

The Thai health authorities said the final procedure involved the injection of 40cc of filler.

Investigators were also told that the doctor had advised Ubiribo to have the final treatment divided into two separate sessions. However, he reportedly chose to undergo the entire procedure at once.

The DHSS said emergency medical services were contacted on March 5 after Ubiribo was taken to a private hospital in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area after losing consciousness.

His wife reportedly told medical personnel that he had received a filler injection earlier that day and subsequently went for a massage.

Doctors suspected a possible blood clot and prepared to conduct a CT angiography to examine his blood vessels.

However, while preparations were being made for the scan, Ubiribo reportedly became unconscious and lost his pulse. Medical personnel performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), but their efforts were unsuccessful and he was pronounced dead.

The DHSS said the circumstances surrounding his death prompted authorities to investigate the clinic on Rama 1 Road in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok.

“The investigation revealed that on March 5, 2026, the emergency medical services centre received a request for an ambulance from a private hospital in the Sukhumvit area to transport a patient who had lost consciousness,” the authorities said.

The clinic reportedly told investigators that it had provided Ubiribo with aftercare instructions following the procedure and maintained follow-up contact with him. According to the clinic, he did not complain of any problems related to the treatment.

Authorities also said Ubiribo had signed consent documents before each of his procedures.

The investigation followed a directive from Thailand’s Minister of Public Health, Pattana Promphat, who ordered the DHSS and Thailand’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to examine the clinic after Ubiribo’s death.

Officials from the DHSS, alongside the FDA, inspected the facility on September 7 as part of efforts to establish what happened and determine whether any professional or regulatory breaches occurred.

DHSS Director-General Phuwadej Surakhot said the investigation would continue, with the professional-practice aspect eventually referred to Thailand’s Medical Council.

“We will gather all facts and evidence to proceed according to our authority and submit the case to the Medical Council for a ruling on professional practice standards, in order to ensure fairness to all parties,” the authorities said.

The ongoing investigation is expected to establish the circumstances surrounding Ubiribo’s death and determine whether the treatment he received complied with Thailand’s medical and professional standards.
