Nigerian social media personality Blessing CEO has reportedly regained her freedom after spending about four months in custody, following an announcement by Nollywood actress Doris Ogala.
Ogala announced the development on Saturday, October 24, 2026, through an Instagram post featuring a video conversation with the relationship influencer.
“Blessing CEO is finally out, thank you Jesus. Awwwww ajjeeeyyyy,” Ogala wrote while sharing the video.
Blessing CEO’s reported release comes amid public attention surrounding her legal battles and reports that she lost her second son following an asthma attack while she was in custody.
The influencer had been held at the Kirikiri correctional facility in Lagos since June 2026 in connection with multiple allegations involving property transactions and alleged fraud.
On June 9, she was granted ₦10 million bail in a case involving an alleged ₦36 million property fraud. The case was brought before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, over allegations of obtaining money under false pretences and stealing. She pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The following day, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) brought another case involving allegations of ₦13 million in cancer-related fraud and the falsification of cancer test results. The allegations related to claims that she collected donations after allegedly misrepresenting her medical condition. These claims remain allegations and have not been established as facts by a court.
In July, a Lagos State Special Offences Court also granted her ₦20 million bail in a separate case involving an alleged ₦69.15 million property transaction. The EFCC alleged that the money was obtained in connection with a five-year lease of a property in Lekki, Lagos.
Although bail was granted in the cases, reports indicated that she remained in custody after she was unable to meet the relevant bail conditions.
News of her reported release has since circulated across social media following Ogala’s announcement. However, the circumstances surrounding the release, including whether all outstanding bail conditions have been fulfilled, were not fully detailed in the reports available.

Her reported release does not automatically mean the criminal cases against her have been concluded or that she has been cleared of the allegations. The proceedings remain subject to the courts’ decisions, and the allegations must be determined through the legal process.
