A young woman known on TikTok as Joy_happy353 has shared a disturbing account of what she described as a horrific ordeal after meeting a man on the platform.
According to her narration, the man followed her TikTok account, and they began chatting. He expressed interest in a serious relationship. She claimed he tracked her workplace, leading to an in-person meeting where they were introduced.
The lady said the man asked when she would be free, and she mentioned Monday. On that day, they visited some of his friends. Later, he allegedly begged her to spend the night at his place, promising not to touch her. Upon arrival, his friends were present watching football.
She alleged that around 3:00am, the man woke her up, insisting on a physical relationship. When she refused, citing that they had just met, he reportedly demanded she refund all the money he had sent her, which totalled N15,000. She promised to pay the following week as she did not have the cash on hand.
According to her account, when she tried to call her best friend for help, the man allegedly snatched her phone and began beating her severely, stepping on her face. He reportedly went to the kitchen, brought a knife, and threatened to kill her, claiming nothing would happen because she is an orphan.
The lady claimed the man raped her while beating her and that she was bleeding profusely. She alleged he took her chain and necklace, boasting that even if she reported the case to authorities like Tiger Base, he would win because he had money. He reportedly continued assaulting her with the knife nearby.
At one point, when he boiled hot water intending to pour it on her, she begged for mercy. She further alleged that he insulted her, her late parents, and grandmother. Before returning her phone, he allegedly flung it at her, reiterating that she would not succeed even if she reported to higher authorities.
