Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has publicly accused fellow rapper Blaqbonez of sexual abuse, escalating the long-running feud between the two artists with a series of strongly worded posts on social media.
The allegations were made on X on Saturday, where Odumodublvck claimed that the Nigerian music industry was deliberately protecting Blaqbonez despite what he described as serious accusations against him.
In one of the posts, the rapper alleged that industry figures who frequently speak out against injustice had remained silent over the claims because of their relationship with Blaqbonez.
“BLAQBONEZ IS A SEXUAL ABUSER AND THE ENTIRE MUSIC INDUSTRY IS COVERING IT UP. SAME PEOPLE COME OUT AND BASH TINUBU ALL IN THE NAME OF INJUSTICE.
“SEE INJUSTICE IN YOUR FACE HERE BUT BECAUSE YOU ALL DINE AND WINE TOGETHER YOU HAVE DECIDED TO SHUT UP.HYPOCRITES. SEXUAL ABUSING HYPOCRITES,” he wrote.
Odumodublvck did not provide evidence to support the allegations in his posts.
The latest claims come about eight months after a woman identified as Jane Doe submitted a petition accusing Blaqbonez of harassment, bullying, invasion of privacy and allegedly sharing private videos involving her without her consent
Those allegations generated widespread discussion at the time, but there has been no court judgment establishing the claims, and Blaqbonez has consistently maintained his innocence regarding previous accusations.
As of the time of filing this report, Blaqbonez had not publicly responded to Odumodublvck’s latest allegations on social media.
The renewed accusations are expected to intensify the already strained relationship between the two rappers, whose exchanges have repeatedly drawn attention from fans and followers of the Nigerian music industry.
The allegations remain unverified, and there has been no official statement from law enforcement authorities indicating that Blaqbonez has been charged or convicted in connection with the claims raised by Odumodublvck.
